Hi everyone,

This situation is more for my parents, in their 60’s. They recently inherited around 250k in cash from real estate liquidation. They asked me, “What should we do with this money?” They want to eventually pass this money down. What strategy’s would you do?

Edit: Sorry I left this out.
They are retired, my mom runs a small business out of the house. Brings in enough to pay all their bills. House paid off, cars. No debt. They have an okay chunk of money in CD’s. But really no real retirement stream.

Their main focus is to build some wealth with this money to be able to pass it down.
