I recently applied to Local 150 as an operator, turned in all my paperwork and all at the union hall. I check everyday and I do understand it does take some time. My question is how can I increase my chances of getting in? I have no experience in construction I come from a warehouse and sales background. Also how long could it take for me to hear anything back?
