So my 19 year old daughter was busted for MIP and obstruction. She was arrested but wasn't taken to jail, just the local police holding facility. She has NEVER EVER EVER been in trouble before and is a good kid with good grades and a stable family. She is not a criminal, she is just a teen who made a mistake.

She is very private and embarassed and is not sharing much about her case despite us paying for her lawyer.

As I work nightshifts for my business I am super stressed and have a few questions:

1. How long will the court process last?
2. How likely is she to get a diversion?
3. How many court dates will there be?
4. What if she accidentally misses a court date?
