Describe Your First Time Watching Halloween!
Thought this would be a fun topic of discussion I’ve never seen here. Which Halloween movie did you see first that kickstarted your love for the franchise? Where did you see it, how old were you at the time, what were your thoughts, what drew you in?
I remember I was maybe about 9 or 10 (way too young I know), and the OG film was playing on AMC for Fearfest as it was the day before Halloween. My mom had just flipped to the channel and it was the scene where Lynda gets killed and you see the first real good shot of Michael on the phone with Laurie right after strangling Lynda. That mask stuck with me after that, it was scary stuff as a kid! The OG and also Halloween 2 (which was the first dvd from the franchise I ever got) will always hold a special place in my heart due to nostalgia. What about yall?
