Hey curious as to what you guys would do, I have student status so could get edu discount but now the base mode is 512 I guess unfortunately I missed out on what would have been a great pickup of that for £499. I guess the other thing is I have a MacBook Air M3 16/512 so I could always get some kind of stand and use that in clamshell mode but I just don't know if constantly taking it off and on to go to classes etc might be insanely annoying compared to just having that extra standalone machine and then not having to have my air always plugged in as unsure how that might affect the battery etc.

Would be grateful to hear some thoughts.
