Trying to get opinions on which type of hearing should I choose. My Attorney just sent me a letter for me to sign that request an In Person hearing. However, if there is a significant (months) difference in scheduling, I would prefer a Video Hearing. Sooner the better. Just like most, I'm having trouble trying to afford even the basic necessities of day to day living. Any advice is appreciated...
