So we had a leak dripping from the 2nd floor toilet (at the red arrow). The plumber that came told us that because they’re brass pipes and they’re screwed in that he’s gonna have to tear down the walls and ceiling to replace the full line. I’m not a plumber but that’s a lot of work for just that leak.
