Need help!! ipod touch 4th gen not responding and restarting

I may have accidently entered recovery mode while using one of the ssl store patches that put you into set up mode and now i cant use my device at all it keeps freezing and reseting as soon as i get to the lockscreen

cydia and Veteris no longer working?

To elaborate, the day prior i had no updated certificates installed and both Cydia and veteris were working properly and had no certificate errors.

I have absolutely no idea how i can fix this ive tried installing all the required certificates changing the date. i would attempt to install cydia http patch but im currently unable too
