Your (preferably superhero) OC was on patrol or chilling, when suddenly the Titan alarm sounded.

Evacuation Alarm: "THIS IS NOT A DRILL! I REPEAT, THIS IS NOT A DRILL! UNIDENTIFIED TITAN SPOTTED! UNIDENTIFIED TITAN SPOTTED! QUICKLY HEAD TO THE NEAREST TITAN BUNKER IMMEDIATELY!" The alarm would keep repeating the same message.

If this is your hero OC, they would get briefed that this wasn't a Titan native to Earth. It was an alien, it is not supposed to be here, and it doesn't have the best intentions as it started immediately destroying a city. The military is of no use as tanks, jets, and bombs have no effect on it. The government says they have made an alliance with a Titan native to Earth and that he is currently on his way to handle the threat, but they want YOU to stall this space dragon until then. And who knows, maybe you could assist as well.

When I say this dragon is a Titan, I mean that he is a Titan. Fatalist here stands at about 440 feet tall.
