Looking for a furnished summer sublet near ODU from May 23 to August 23, 2026.

I am a female, master student and will have a research in person this summer.

Preferred location: Norfolk, VA 23508, within a 20-minute walk to ODU.

Budget: around $1,000/month, ideally including utilities.

Roommate: Hope to live with girls

Looking for:

Wi-Fi
In-unit washer/dryer
Air conditioning
Kitchen access
Basic furniture
A safe and quiet living environment

A private room is preferred. I would also like to do a video tour before paying any deposit.
