TW: was she always in the car?
One thing that's been bothering me. There's a gap between her last believed day of life and when she was found. Is it believed that she was always in the Tesla frunk?
I know the time passing would potentially account for the decomposition, and I hate writing this given she was such a young, innocent girl. However I can't help but wonder, if going to the trouble of dismembering poor Celeste, why leave her in the car for an extended period.
If she was murdered on 29th April (or thereabouts), why go to the trouble of dismembering her if she was going to be left in a car. And was she in the car the full time from when she was murdered?
Not to sound untoward, but surely there were many more places that her remains could be left, with or without discovery, instead of the car hired in David's name?
It seems bizarre to me that someone would go to the trouble of murdering and dismembering someone, never mind a minor, to leave them in the frunk of a car hired in his name.
Am I being silly here? Have I missed something?
