gdp keeps going up but i swear every founder i talk to says its getting harder not easier. i was looking at some formation data and it seems like people are still starting companies but maybe not the kind that actually scale. when i was setting up my llc and figuring out the registered agent situation i noticed how different each state is now. some states made it stupid simple others added like three extra steps. feels like local policy matters way more than the macro numbers right now.
what are you guys seeing? is the startup boom real or just a bunch of lifestyle businesses that wont hire anyone
