Just wanted to share my idiocy so I feel better and maybe prevent someone else from wasting time like I did. I just spent the last 6 hours trying to find the last 3 Somersloops. Including building overlapping radars all over the map. A couple minutes ago, it finally clicked that 3 are consumed in MAM research... Maybe someone in the future will search for exactly this thing so it might help.
