Is it possible anyone can enhance fix this photo of my GF and i? it is her birthday soon and i really like this photo of us and would like to use it as part of her present, but as you can see it is blown out and hazy due to being night time and the reflection of the flash off her clear phone case.

I would be so grateful if it's possible.
