Need some advice regarding job offers...
Going too keep it brief for everyone, Been working in my current Job for nearly 10 years.. been acting as head chef in a sous chef role for many years, head chefs come and go.. and i pick up the rest and lead the kitchen, no recognition for my work from owner ( also a chef, but can't do it anymore ).
Been offered 2 jobs in the space of a week and need advice from other professionals.
Option A:
Same kitchen, slightly better pay, head chef work at sous chef pay, deals with all ordering and all aspects of kitchen needs. Only professional in the kitchen
Option B:
Highest wage offered, free role as head chef and only chef, 45+hours a week, potential burnout, Chance too prove myself too everyone
Option C:
Same pay as option A, working with previous chef, potentially more freedom for menu and role, more profesional kitchen than Option A. More flexibility for working hours but hours are there too do more if wanted.
