I’m quite new to running, started a couple weeks ago training consistently (~30-35km per week) and after yesterdays run I’ve been feeling pain in my left calf, in the back side of it. I know it’s quite some volume for someone starting, but I have a pretty good physical condition and might have overestimated my capabilities.
Anyone had this before? And if yes, what should I do next? Change shoes? Lower the volume?
