This is a really fun rotation and it does very well across all of the available content. I made few mistakes here and there, still trying to make it smoother. For better DPS Verina is probably better than Sanhua, but I like to have 3 Glacio units in one team - just feels right.

Rotation:

(Sanhua - S; Carlotta - C; Hiyuki - H)

(E - Res skill, Q - Echo skill, HA - Heavy attack, BA - Basic; EHA/EBA - Enhanced heavy/basic; TB - tune break)

First rotation

S - Ult-E

C - E-E

H - Q-E-BA (to get 2 stacks)

S - HA

H - (TB if elite mobs) Hold BA-HA-Ult, Full EBA

S - (E if not on CD) HA-Q-Outro

C - Intro-E-E

H - E-E, Dash-BAx3 (Lai slashes, doesn't matter airborne or grounded)

H - EHA-(TB if possible)-2nd Ult, Outro

C - Intro-Ult-BAx3/4(Ultx3/4)-Outro

H - Intro-E

C - BA-2ndUlt (or 2ndUlt right away if available); E-E
