I’m joining a new company that’s starting a migration from GCP to AWS, and it’s still in the early phase.

I’d love to hear who’ve been through similar migrations:

• What’s your simplest mental model for planning a cloud migration (diagnosis → strategy → rollout → communication)?
• Any templates, frameworks, or tools you’d recommend to structure that process?

Any advice, links to templates, or even just “what I wish I knew back then” are super welcome :)
