Clutch drag issue looking for advice

I swapped in a newer motor into my 1998 tacoma about 6 months ago and also installed a new clutch. Everything is new for the clutch components including the whole hydraulic system. I do drive my truck prey aggressively and shifting into 1st gear while stopped has gotten very difficult and I have zeroed in on it being the clutch is dragging on the flywheel. I have bled they hydraulics way to many times and also reverse bled it like 10 times. The pedal is adjusted properly and shifts and drives perfectly while moving. I’m thinking my issue is the clutch disk is not moving on the splines properly and dragging a little bit. I did clean and grease the inout shaft splines but I might have used the wrong grease and maybe a bit more than I am supposed to. All signs are pointing to me pulling the transmission and cleaning the splines I think. Sometimes it shifts into 1st perfectly fine while stationary but is often very difficult. I did notice at the boat ramp on the steep incline it was working perfectly so I feel like it is the splines. I would love to hear y’alls opinions and what else could be wrong (sticky clutch)? The clutch engages smoothly and seems to be fine imo. I have pulled the transmission before for a clutch job so I am not too worried about doing it again just high on copium to find a different solution but I know where this is probably leading to. If you watch the video I jacked up the rear end and put it into 1st with the clutch pedal to the floor. Also I can hear the input shaft slow down but not completely stop spinning. So the clutch is definitely dragging when it shouldn’t.

Would love to hear some more professional opinions on this. I think it’s the splines or the bearing that sits in the center of the flywheel.
