I set this up a few days ago and there is already mold. I have a few holes drilled in the side and keep the lid on. I plan to add hide places (cork wood) soon. No isopods are inside yet as I was not sure if it was ready. The mold is small but I do not want it to keep growing. I have not put any food in and I used earthworm casting and potting soil (no added fertilizers) to the substrate.
