The tech job market is so messed up rn especially for freshers and juniors. I have been applying for jobs like crazy and there are just no openings for freshers.
If AI does end up replacing junior roles, what are some other sustainable career paths for us?
I see so many posts just saying that the bubble will burst but I don't think juniors without experience will be useful after a few years. So what fields are a smart choice to enter?
