i have every addon turned off, the combat text on self enabled, used every console command with both 0 to turn it off and 1 to turn it back on, tried reloading, redownloading game, 0 ui 0 addons, even with ui or addons doesnt work, wtf is this shit

as title says, whats the fastest 70-80 method? i tried going to sw to do the war within questline but i dont see it anywhere and maybe tis cuz that was prepatch questline for midnight? should i just craft to 80?
