Can someone shed some light please.
I initially filed three claims… primary and two secondary to the primary. I got rated for 70% and the other two were deferred. The VA initiated a TDIU and an ACE review for the deferred claims. I’ve completed all CP EXAMS and voluntarily declined TDIU because I don’t want stipulations on how I earn money. And honestly because I dont meet every requirement for TDIU. My claim went back to step 3 and now they have initiated a “outside VA request” for my reserve records. Most of my time was Active with just a short time of reserves. I really don’t have anything claim related tied to my time in the reserves only my active time. Why would the VA be requesting reserve records after an initial primary claim approval for the 70%
