Hello! I was recently hired at Exact Sciences in a Clinical Laboratory Scientist role for the 12hr night shift (3 days a week). I don't mind the night shift, but my concern is that my working schedule only involves night shifts. I was wondering if it was possible for me to switch from a night shift-majority schedule to a day shift-majority schedule perhaps 3 months or 6 months into the role? Are employees even allowed to pick the shifts they want or do they have to stick to the job schedule for which they applied for?
