For the past two weeks, every time I try to use the Grand River Transit app, the only thing that comes up is “No trips found.” I rely on the bus to get to most places, and this has become a problem when traveling to unfamiliar locations because I don’t know which route to take. I’ve also tried to look up what’s happening or whether there’s any progress on getting it fixed, but nothing comes up. Is anyone else having this issue?
