Time management help!

I’m 5 weeks postpartum and just looking for some advice on pumping and feeding!

I am combi feeding all by bottle. I have a wearable pump but struggle to multitask with baby whilst I wear it (it’s still hard to cuddle him or feed etc). He’s started to spit up after feeds often over 30 mins after the feed has stopped. He’s also a slow feeder; the midwife has suggested I feed every 2-3 hours but I’m stretching to 2-5 so I can pump and get some sleep… however sometimes a feed can take around 2 hours. He’s now back at birth weight but I was put on this feeding plan to try and get his weight up. This has worked but I’m now unsure how to maintain feeding or what’s best going forward. At his last weigh in the midwife said to just keep doing what I’m doing.

It’s middle of the night anxiety kicking in as I pump but how do you all do it?? How do I keep up some level of balance so that he’s fed, spitting up less, I have enough time to pump (and I actually get a decent amount) but I also have time to stay hydrated, eat and get some sleep?
