I'll try to keep it short. Going through a divorce. Took a new job and moved from LA to KS. An apartment that's perfect for my son and I came available quicker than expected and I have it secured but don't have the deposit currently. Tried to get loans, the divorce has tanked my credit so I'm here as a last ditch effort.
I can send whatever documentation necessary and can agree to a higher/lower repayment in more/less time if necessary.
I'm just trying to get back on my feet after moving to take this job and am in need of help. I can afford a loan payment, my score is just shot after everything with the divorce. All I'm trying to do is get an apartment so I can get established and be ready for my son this summer. I appreciate anyone that could take a chance on me.
