DO BETTER!
So I bought a icybreeze cooler ($400+) before solo acquired the company. The cooler came with a lifetime warrenty. Have used it a handfull of times and the pump went out. Called solo and they don't have anymore parts for this as they changed the style etc. Ok thats fine so what are you going to do for me as the customer? Nothing!! Customer service was no help, basically told me to go online and fill out a warranty/claim, which I did. So we will see what solo says back. Why have a customer service phone number to call if they won't help you out? Solo make it right!
