Southpaw 18 months martial arts but 6 month in Muay Thai
Need advice ..
12 months mma/bjj 6 months Muay Thai ..
I feel okay and better than some people that have trained the same amount of martial arts but when it comes to striking I still feel I have way too much to learn (life long learning etc)

I’m used to a Dutch kick boxing style stance I’m currently in Bangkok Pinsinchai as I needed to leave home country and take a break .. I’m here for 8 weeks training and I am sparring Dailey
I’m looking to start performing well during sparring so I’m need some advice i have looked and I’m guessing basically spamming the left leg to the liver constant via fakes feints etc jab to rear kick
Cross to rear kick .. jab to reel ..
Any advice please if you can elaborate on the fighting game and way I should be performing.
I’m good at catching opponents jab and jabbing them back also can catch the jab and shoot the cross down the centre line..
