Wondering if anyone else has the same experience? I seem to have very severe short term symptoms after large accidental exposure and milder but much longer and more burdensome symptoms after small exposure (cross contact).

Whenever I have a large exposure like being given the wrong food at a restaurant, I get very nauseous and vomit a lot a few hours after the meal but feel completely fine after vomiting. However, with cross contact I just feel 3/10 gut pain and constipation that lasts for about 2 weeks.

I was checking with AI and this seems to be related to an IL-2 spike or cytokine storm effect that causes ejection of the toxin. As with a small ingestion it triggers localized T-cell inflammation response.
