Professional Dancing vs. Teaching
Came upon this post today and I’m surprised by how offensive I found it. Of course professional dancers can be great teachers, but there are certainly examples of the opposite being true. Writing off folks who weren’t “professional” dancers but whom instead found passion in teaching the art to the next generation seems very misguided. Evaluate the quality of the teaching, not just the title. What say you?
