Urgent but derm office won’t schedule bc balance due
I’m trying not to cry, but I just tried to make an urgent appointment with my dermatologist and the secretary wouldn’t because I have a balance due.
They’ve scheduled it before without me paying it.
I have literally 0 expendable income right now. I live off less than $500/mo. I would have to borrow more money even if I did a payment plan, and I just can’t right now. I just got a job, but it doesn’t start for a while, and I still don’t think I’ll have the money.
Anyway, I can’t use shampoo or minoxidil right now. I cannot wash my hair. The mildest shampoos cannot be tolerated. I need to be able to wash my hair and put on the minoxidil. I don’t know what to do.
I asked her since I can’t pay or see my derm, then what does she suggest I do? Where should I go? And she just said she doesn’t know.
