I am 11 weeks PP today and I started noticing pink spotting when I wipe today. I will observe and monitor it still but could it be my period?

I had body ache, slight dizziness and craving sweet just like i used to right before I used to get my period.
Anyone else experienced this? Could it be just spotting or a period?

If it’s my period should I be contacting my provider? Is it normal to get periods so early?
