I have been taking bi weekly doses for over a month now , started at .25 twice a week and finally just worked up to 1 the other day today I had the WORST side effects. Terrible stomach pain, sulfur burps, bloating upset stomach and throwing up . I haven’t experienced sides at any other dose level. I’ve been taking digestive enzymes and eating a good diet- any other suggestions on what I can do to avoid that pain again? 🥲
