I am Female in my late 20s. I have a lot of education and qualifications, a nice CV too. However I keep trying to pick a workplace, stick with it long term and I never manage. I think of my self as hard working, smart but very insecure , an introvert and someone who struggles with communication. The following is my work experience and issues I had.

Job 1: Straight out of university, pharmacy manager. Lasted two years.

Job 2: Dual role - pharmacy manager and a quality officer another sector of my boss’s business. Lasted 1 year and a few months because my boss wanted to sell the pharmacy and I was part of the package deal. I resigned.

Job 3: Quality manager. Lasted 1 year and 3 months. I was fired, my employer broke a professional training clause in my contract, hit of me and then replaced me with cheaper foreign workers.

Job 4 (current): Quality officer. I was insecure here. My manager was about to get fired, blamed me for his shortcomings. I got my probation period extended and am seem by my company as someone who is not very capable. I do not agree with this, I have been one of the hard workers on my team.

Not I just recently got a new qualification which has opened a door. I have been offered a role with a 42% increase in my salary. This seems significant but in reality I will be getting a salary commensurate with my qualifications. I got job 4 after being fired and although the salary is fair for an officer, I can do more. Now this nee role is of a manager, I will be co-manager with a new manager they just hired a month ago. From my understanding they had a higher up with some 7 years experience resign and they are brining in two people to so his job.

My issues are the following :
- I really hate that I am not sticking to workplaces that long.
- I am an introvert, and I struggle with communication.
- I am afraid of this new role as my confidence is at a low. This new role entails me working with another manager, who is male. I am concerned about on being outshined by him, dominated and reduced. -

What I am looking for in this post is guidance, management tips etc. Feel free to be critical, but please be mindful.
