How do you handle customer questions at 11pm when no one's working?
Genuine question — not a poll, just curious how small shops solve this.
I've been building a tool that handles this (anutt.com), but I'm more interested in how you're currently coping. Do you just let customers wait? Use a basic chatbot that frustrates everyone? Hire part-time?
I built the platform because I kept seeing the same gap — small e-com businesses lose sales and trust overnight because they simply can't staff support 24/7.
If you're curious what I built, happy to share — but mainly posting because I want to understand the real pain before I assume I've solved it.
