What are we doing here guys? WHY TF are we splitting up parishes like this? And WHY is Washington parish in the same district as Lincoln?

They started out this morning with about 9 locations they would be at with the recall forms to sign, and now they’re down to 2 that are still pending 🫠 idk whose fault it is but I’m nervous lol
