I worked on the mod and I'm sick of these devlogs. The team doesn't know how to build a game and they aren't trying to. The Longhaulers leadership caused a bunch of drama in the old server, stuff we all believed for a while, but it's obvious that all the energy in the new server is toxic.
They don't want to make a game. They wanna make marketing posts for Reddit clout and get special praise, and they're using a bunch of stuff we had made with the old team to do it after they caused a huge fight. They talk about assigning credit but it's clear they don't actually wanna do that. That time one of the old leaders asked about it in the first devlog here, they tried brigading them.
Worst of all: They're so bad at actually making games that they started using genAI to build the game. Which is how they managed to break the build the other team made. Here's some screenshots. I think that means the mods against the guidelines for this subreddit.
It isn't the whole team, but the leaders just talk shit about people that aren't even here anymore and compare themselves to ZA/UM.
