At the Crafting bench in the Exotics section, the Reconstruction Caches used to guarantee a unique blueprint. I slept on this for a bit but when I discovered it, I went from 475 blueprints in 7 years to 679 of 692 in just a couple of months. With the start of the new season, the Reconstruction Caches changed. It no longer guarantees a unique blueprint. It is the blueprint for the random named weapon it drops. If it is one you already have, you are out of luck. This is intentional because the cache description has changed.
