In January, I booked a March MSC cruise. They offed a chance to bid on a yacht club upgrade. I bid $1215. Later, they said my credit card company refused the charge. But, my credit card company refuted that, showing the $1215 debit. A call to MSC confirmed their receipt, telling me that if my bid was not accepted, the money may not be refunded for 60 days. I did not get the upgrade, my cruise is over, and after two calls about my $1215 refund, I am still waiting. It has been 105 days that MSC has held my money. And they keep asking me to schedule another cruise! Just so you know.
