Not sure about this one. Either I've never observed it before on my other plants or maybe this one is just male but I've not seen these sacks before. Help?

So whats peoples opinions on companies cornering the market? Yesterday there were 2 copies from 2 different stores. Around $6 or $7. Today theres 1 store with 10 copies and has them for $20?! I mean, im no idiot paying 3x its value (thanks to another site), but this seems ridiculous to me, or does this happen all the time?
