I bought a refurbished Delta 1300 2 years ago, is now out of warranty, I lost power like a week ago, not sure how long it lasted because I was not home, after power was back I try to turn it on and nothing it turned on then showed the work off and shut off, I read somewhere that it may be because it went to 0% and need a 12v charge to "start up", when I plug it to the car the was in a on off loop, I tried hold the power button for 30 seconds and nothing, then I read that I could try hold the power and the USB button and then from 100% it flashed when went down to 4% and started charging, 4 minutes into charging the red battery icon on the top right corner started to flash and it charged up to 60% and the it stopped, I disconnected and let it alone overnight and then plugged in again, it started charging for about a minute and then the red icon started flashing and stopped charging, I tried the power+usb buttons again an it went down to 52%, now it stuck in the same thing of not charging and blinking red icon, if I unplug it it shut off. I tried connecting to a solar panel, same thing.
I don't have the budget to buy a new one so I'm trying to see how I can fix it since it's out of warranty.
