I felt with my NDE, I got to see who my friends really were. It is why I got a divorce.

I genuinely loved my ex, admired them. However, when I saw myself through their eyes, when it felt like I dissolved into the universe. I realized that he liked the idea of being married more than actually being married.

I just lost all respect for the idea of marriage.

I had to end it after a couple of years, it was a relief for both of us.
