So I dunno if it's just me but, I've been seeing people do build recommendations for the other classes but not really the Shinobi class when it comes to the Hell Saito fight specifically. I wanted to see everyone's recommendations and opinions on this as I'm a Shinobi main and while I did beat regular Saito I felt like my performance and build could've been way better. I also would absolutely love any combat tips such as things that make certain aspects or mechanics easier to deal with etc.
