I purchased an Iron Harvest key that was explicitly listed as GLOBAL, but it’s region-locked and won’t activate on my steam account. I’ve reached out to their support multiple times, and it’s been 3 days with zero response although I've already submitted like 3 tickets to their support so far and all they send is an automated message that they have long waiting queues and I shouldn't bump the message for them to get to my ticket fast.
They’re happy to take your money, but they disappear the second there’s an issue with their misrepresented listings.
Has anyone else had luck getting a refund from these guys, or should I just go straight to a chargeback at this point?
