I’m looking for the name of a pink hard cover picture book about going to school in purgatory, the book was published more than 12 years ago, some kids die due to a steamroller, there’s a conjoined twin, a girl who died on some kind of pedestal, it was illustrated in a cartoonish gothic type of art style. that’s about all she can remember please if you can help it’d be greatly appreciated
