For context: I have returned to the game after a few years off it with a brand new character. I beat the last stronghold and watch the cut scene for black tusk and then went to bed after checking the map and event stuff out (just hit lvl 40 completing the stronghold).

When I came back online the next day all the control points were in the other factions control. Does anyone know why this happened?
