Is the online Mtech offered by IIT jammu on ds and genai any good? Did anyone face any trouble? Is there placement support?

B.E- ECE 2021 batch
bad placements (covid batch), got stuck with ITOPs, ITOM servicenow platform - for 1.5 years. Then did Mtech
MTech- CSE with specialization in AIML - But only basic AIML was covered. 2025 batch. The college gave only internship offers
After 10 months job hunt, got a job for less than standard pay as Computer Vision Engineer, should I do online Mtech in data science and GenAi offered by IIT Jammu? Is it worth 4.5lakhs? Is this respected in industry? It's definitely not as good as full time but still will this give my profile a boost in interviews? Or will it affect my profile - I would end up with 2 Mtechs.
My previous Mtech was offline full time - it costed me around 2lakhs for 2 years whole (4lakhs - 2.4 lakhs gate scholarship) This online Mtech is 4.5 lakhs for only 4 hours every week. Should I maybe go with coding ninjas or some other genai bootcamp?
My goal is to get into one structured program on Agentic Ai, LLMs. I'm not much of a self study person. I need a shackle to keep me focused. And i dont have any good projects in my resume. I need 4 good projects in next 2 years.
Should I go with something like coding ninjas or online Mtech degree? Please share your thoughts.
