Figured out the best kulfi among Sahu's.
there are many Sahu kulfi adjacent to each other near Goshala, Pratap Nagar.
best one is Sahu(Chaksu wale).

had this after the match at 11:30pm in front of the Stadium adjacent to Motisons and probably the best one I've had in Jaipur.
