I have been doing a dive into Classic Who and I watched The Ice Warriors (S5 Classic Who), and I noticed they are pretty much unchanged aside from they have hands in modern who instead of the robot clamps they had in Classic, do many other villains have this claim to being mostly unchanged. Daleks have changed a fair bit while keeping the same base shape and Cybermen have had several different forms.
